About EduCend
Bridging the gap between ADHD diagnosis and real-world implementation through structured, practical educational strategy.
Our Mission
At EduCend, we specialise in bridging the gap between ADHD diagnosis and real-world implementation.
There are many professionals who assess, diagnose, and treat ADHD. What is often missing is structured, practical educational strategy — the day-to-day systems that help children succeed in classrooms, at home, and eventually in the workplace. That is where we come in.
Founded by Fharzana Karrim, an experienced educator, former Head of Key Stage, and Maths Mastery specialist, EduCend was built on one clear belief:
ADHD support must move beyond theory — it must work in real educational environments.
Our Philosophy
We believe that effective ADHD support requires more than understanding — it requires action.
We provide high-level ADHD academic coaching, adult executive strategy coaching, school consultancy, teacher mentoring, and parent workshops designed to create sustainable, measurable progress. Our work supports children in classrooms, university students navigating independence, and adults managing ADHD in professional environments.
Our focus is not on therapy or diagnosis. Instead, we specialise in practical strategy implementation — equipping individuals, families, and organisations with structured systems that translate understanding into real-world performance.
Our coaching programmes operate through structured tiered packages, ensuring families receive consistent, long-term support rather than short-term fixes. We work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and schools to ensure strategies are implemented — not just discussed.
